Articles of Association and Memorandum of Association

 The Australian Lace Guild is a company Limited by Guarantee and therefore comes under the provisions of the Corporations Act 2001.

 It is governed by its Articles of Association and a Memorandum of Association.

 Both the Articles of Association and the Memorandum of Association were amended at the Annual General Meeting of the Guild held on 25 September 2021 2021 Amendments

 The Articles of Association were further amended at the Annual General Meeting of the Guild held on 27 September 2025 2025 Amendments

 It is therefore important to read all four documents to fully understand the rules governing the Guild.
